The NOAA ENOW (Economics: National Ocean Watch) tool is an interactive web application that provides information on the economic impact of the ocean and Great Lakes on the US economy. It focuses on six key economic sectors: living resources, marine construction, marine transportation, offshore mineral resources, ship and boat building, and tourism and recreation.

The ENOW dataset, managed by the NOAA Office for Coastal Management, includes time-series data on employment, establishments, wages, and gross domestic product (GDP) contributions for each of the six sectors. The data is available at various levels: national, regional, state, and county, and the ENOW tool streamlines the task of obtaining and comparing economic data across county and state geographies.
